Black Crows

FINALLY! Out with the zoom and the #binaurals to record the birds and I got CROWS!!!

If you’ve ever listened to #DifferentTrains by #SteveReich you’ll be haunted by the second movement (Europe During The War) – it makes me weep every time. Ever since, crows have become a leitmotif of sorrow for me. It’s for my song, Look Away and it’s been a challenge to record all round. I’m so glad I’ve got the last piece of the jigsaw.

I also did some keys for another song. I’m at the so lose to the end it hurts stage of this body of works. My plans for mixing however were somewhat scuppered by the new kitten having a few accidents.😳😱
