I have over 17 years experience of in the fitness sector. My passion is helping people to achieve their wellbeing and improving their quality of life. I love to see people gaining in confidence and ability on their own path and am honoured to be part of their journey.
I teach Pilates, Yogalates and Yoga in the South West.
When you attend a class I will need to know a little about you to help you get the most out of the class. I aim to ensure that everyone is able to take part in the class as fully as they are able by offering adaptations and alternatives as required. I have a very gentle teaching style where participants are encouraged to develop their own practice at their own pace.
At the beginning of every class I will ask participants if they have any niggles or health concerns I need to know about. Class participants are also requested to complete the form below so that I can keep up to date records. All information is kept confidential and shared with no one. I will however seek advice from appropriate professionals with your permission where we both feel that it is beneficial.
